The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts; opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Location: In person (local routes within New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland)
• Team: Operates independently, serving a diverse client base within assigned local communities.
• Mission: To proactively solve existing pest and rodent challenges and implement preventative measures to ensure long-term protection for client properties.
• Tech Stack: Computers, Smartphones

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary link between Viking Pest Control and clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve existing pest and rodent issues, then recommend actions to prevent future infestations.
• Community Support: Assist community members daily by effectively addressing and solving their pest challenges.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through reliable service and helpful advice.
• Property Protection: Safeguard clients’ homes and businesses from pests by implementing effective control and prevention methods.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 21 years old or older. No prior pest control experience is needed as Viking Pest Control provides comprehensive hands-on training to all new hires.
• Experience: Requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable personal transportation. Must be comfortable performing duties outdoors.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong customer service and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Possess a passion for helping others and solving problems, alongside a safety-first mindset and a great work ethic.
