This is a full-time, in-person role for a Pest Control Technician at Viking Pest Control, serving residential and commercial properties across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift, overtime opportunities, weekends as needed

• Mission: Protect homes and businesses by solving existing pest and rodent problems and recommending actions to prevent future infestations, building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship: Serve as a vital link between Viking Pest Control and its clients, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Pest Resolution: Solve existing pest and rodent problems for residential and commercial properties through effective management and extermination solutions.
• Preventive Actions: Recommend and implement corrective actions and sustainable solutions to prevent future pest infestations.
• Community Support: Help community members by addressing and resolving their diverse pest challenges.
• Property Protection: Safeguard homes and businesses from a wide array of pests, including ants, mice, mosquitos, termites, and bed bugs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals seeking a fulfilling career, who are at least 21 years old.
• Experience: No prior experience is required as Viking Pest Control trains all new hires. Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable personal transportation (a company vehicle with a gas card is provided after training).
• Skills: Strong dedication to customer service, commitment to providing high-quality service, comfort in working outdoors, and familiarity with computers and smartphones. Candidates should enjoy working independently, have a “safety first” mindset, and demonstrate a great work ethic.
• Bonus: High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
