The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends as needed
• Location: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Eastern Shore of Maryland

• Mission: To diagnose and resolve pest and rodent issues, recommend preventative actions, and cultivate long-term client relationships within the community to safeguard homes and businesses from various pest challenges.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
• Resolution: Identify and effectively solve existing pest and rodent problems for residential and commercial properties.
• Consultation: Recommend appropriate corrective and preventative actions to clients, educating them on pest management.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients within your assigned community.
• Protection: Protect homes and businesses by diligently addressing and mitigating various pest challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career position requiring a high school degree or equivalent. Candidates must be 21 years old or older and possess a passion for customer service, a commitment to providing high-quality service, and a safety-first mindset. Dedication, motivation, and a great work ethic are essential attributes for success in this role.
• Experience: No prior pest control experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided for all new hires. The role requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. Candidates should also be comfortable working outdoors and have exposure to basic technology such as computers and smartphones.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service skills are paramount. Candidates must also demonstrate a passion for helping others and solving problems, combined with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety in all operations.
