What You’ll Actually Do
• Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Problem Solving: Solve existing pest and rodent problems for clients.
• Prevention: Recommend corrective actions to prevent future pest issues.
• Community Impact: Help people in your community by solving their pest challenges.
• Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with clients while protecting their homes and businesses from pests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No specific prior experience in pest control is required, as comprehensive training is provided for all new hires.
• Experience: Must be 21 years old or older, possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and have reliable transportation initially until a company vehicle is provided after training.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, dedication, motivation, a passion for helping others and solving problems, a safety-first mindset, and a great work ethic committed to high-quality service.
• Bonus: High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
