What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Transactions: Manage and execute daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in all cash handling and reconciliation activities.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and maintain timekeeping systems, ensuring timely and correct compensation for all store personnel.
• HR Operations Support: Coordinate all recruiting and onboarding efforts, including basic HR functions and meticulous tracking of employee leaves.
• Compliance and Record-Keeping: Uphold company policies and regulations, specifically regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery, while maintaining precise financial and HR records.
• Store Operational Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to store leadership and team members by assisting with various employee-related tasks and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Prior experience in detailed cash handling, financial reconciliation, and comprehensive recordkeeping. A foundational understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping systems, and basic human resources functions is also required.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing daily cash office operations, including reconciliation and financial record maintenance. Practical familiarity with timekeeping systems, processing payroll, and supporting HR tasks such as new employee onboarding and tracking employee leaves.
• Skills: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and computer systems, including the use of spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records. Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with team members and leadership.
• Bonus: Familiarity with specific regulatory frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines, Western Union procedures, and lottery regulations.
