This role is crucial for providing essential support in both pre-litigation and litigation matters, ensuring efficient case management and exceptional service for clients. The TL;DR
• Role: Personal Injury Paralegal
• Pay: $30–$40 hourly
• Mission: This person ensures efficient support for lawyers in pre-litigation and litigation, maintaining organized case files and facilitating client and service provider communications.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Trial Preparation: Aid lawyers in preparing for trial by arranging exhibits, witnesses, legal materials, client meetings, and motions.
• Dispute Resolution: Give legal assistance at family settlement meetings and mediation so that disputes can be settled without going to court.
• Financial Negotiation: Talk with service providers or insurers about possible settlements for liens, bills, and medical expenses.
• Case Management: Set up a well-organized and easy-to-navigate system of filing for our cases, and perform other related administrative duties.
• Document Creation: Create legal pleadings, communications, and documents such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits with the assistance of a lawyer.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer.
• Experience: 3-5 years of legal service experience required.
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills.
• Bonus: Preferably in a personal injury law firm.
