The Performance Marketing Team at Agoda is recognized as a world leader in online marketing. This highly data-driven department focuses on developing large-scale marketing programs designed to enhance the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing channels and initiatives.
Our team is a dynamic blend of the brightest analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists globally. Our marketing leadership brings deep expertise in data science, product development, strategy, and various marketing fields, fostering an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and cutting-edge technology. The Performance Marketing Team also prides itself on providing an exceptional learning environment, where you’ll have the chance to grow and develop by working closely with experts from diverse backgrounds around the world.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Search Engine Marketing: Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across major search engines like Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver. You will adapt to new product features and implement changes based on successful tests.
- Display Advertising: Design, test, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns on leading social and display platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Data Modeling & Analytics: Analyze vast amounts of data generated from marketing experiments, develop sophisticated models for optimization, and construct insightful dashboards for account managers.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related science field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome (0-1 years of experience).
- Language: Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Business Acumen: Basic understanding of business principles.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in statistics and Excel.
- Data Tools: Exposure to data tools like SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, or Tableau.
- Methodology: Familiar with A/B testing concepts.
- Work Style: Ability to work under close supervision and support projects with guidance.
It’s Great If You Have:
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Academic research experience.
