Job Description: PepsiCo Foods US (PFUS) Warehouse Sales Internship

This 10-week internship program is based in Chicago and offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. As an intern, you’ll work on projects designed to help you develop critical skills and knowledge, while also contributing to the success of PepsiCo’s warehouse sales operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Solving real business challenges: You’ll own and solve a specific business challenge, making a tangible impact on the team and the company.
Mastering PepsiCo’s selling foundation: You’ll learn fact-based selling techniques, develop win-win solutions for retailers and consumers, and understand how to achieve key metrics.
Leveraging your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit: You’ll brainstorm and implement innovative solutions to drive volume and revenue growth.
Collaborating with stakeholders: You’ll effectively communicate with peers and key stakeholders, gaining valuable insights and building relationships.
Sharpening your analytical skills: You’ll collect, interpret, and leverage data to inform your solutions and recommendations.
Presenting your findings: You’ll prepare and deliver a final presentation to your team, manager, and peers, showcasing your work and insights.
Teamwork and creativity: You’ll collaborate with other interns on a group project, culminating in a “Shark Tank” pitch to senior leadership.

Previous internship projects have included:

• Developing a Bagged CNC expansion strategy to drive revenue and market share for Quaker’s RTE business.
• Creating a tool to analyze promotion structures and pricing to identify the highest return on investment.

Compensation & Benefits:

hourly pay: $21.50 – $40.19/hour (based on role, degree discipline, level, and location)

Qualifications:

Self-starter: Passionate and driven to succeed.

Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
Hardworking: Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Leadership experience: Demonstrated leadership in academic or extracurricular settings.
Selling/Customer service experience: Previous experience in these areas, either through part-time jobs, internships, clubs, or volunteer work.
Degree: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Professional Selling, or related fields.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduation within one year of internship completion.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States.
• GPA of 2.75 or above.
• Willingness to relocate for the entire internship period.
