What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruct: Provide personalized, 1-on-1 online tutoring to students on fundamental PC basic computer skills.
• Guide: Lead students through Windows operating system navigation, File Explorer management, and basic application usage.
• Adapt: Adjust teaching methods and content to meet individual learning needs and styles, including those of adult learners and seniors.
• Prepare: Ready students for productive and independent use of Windows computers in both personal and professional environments.
• Enhance: Utilize AI-powered tools to support sessions with real-time instructional assistance, lesson generation, and engagement features.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep knowledge of Windows operating system navigation, File Explorer management, Settings and Control Panel, web browsing, email setup, Microsoft Office basics, printer setup, and Windows security features.
• Experience: Ability to explain desktop management, file organization, Windows update procedures, and basic troubleshooting; skilled at teaching Windows navigation, file organization, and basic application usage.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly and engaging teaching style, ability to identify common student struggles, and adapt instruction using multiple approaches.
