What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism when addressing payroll inquiries from internal employees.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve payroll questions efficiently, aiming for a first-call resolution for internal customers.
• Documentation: Document all service inquiries and their resolutions accurately to allow for tracking and analysis.
• Analysis: Analyze the details of employee requests to determine the underlying cause of payroll issues.
• Investigation: Investigate submitted payroll requests thoroughly to deliver effective and appropriate solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early-career professional with foundational knowledge in payroll processes and experience in high-volume customer service environments.
• Experience: At least one year of direct payroll experience, complemented by a background in handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
• Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively under strict deadlines in a high-volume setting.
• Bonus: Experience with Workday human capital management software.
