Payroll Intern | OPmobility

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Update and maintain payroll records within HRIS systems, including platforms like UKG and ADP.
• Support: Participate in payroll audits and contribute to data cleanup projects.
• Collaborate: Work with HR and Finance teams on various cross-functional tasks.
• Reconcile: Assist in reconciling payroll data, payroll-related accounts, and benefits contributions.
• Report: Create, maintain, consolidate, and analyze Excel reports, ensuring data accuracy and providing monthly updates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student. Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management, alongside experience with other data tools. Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as UKG and ADP, for maintaining and updating payroll records is also required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage payroll data effectively; excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with HR and Finance teams; and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
