• Mission: To acquire, expand, and retain Payment business by providing consultative advice and product/service recommendations to clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Acquire, expand, and retain new Payment business, including Merchant, Treasury Management, and Card products.
• Client Consultation: Provide consultative advice to existing and prospective clients on business cash conversion cycles, working capital management, and internal processes.
• Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing clients in collaboration with Business Banking Relationship Managers to ensure proper servicing and expand business.
• Operational Analysis: Conduct receivables and payables business operating cycle analysis for clients and prospects, offering insightful feedback and product/service recommendations for process efficiencies.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships within the community and engage with local organizations to identify business development opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with some foundational knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments.
• Experience: Three to five years of related experience in sales or client-facing financial services roles.
• Skills: Basic sales and new business development skills, good client service and relationship skills, effective verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology and work independently.
