Key Responsibilities
- Engage in extensive sales training, covering critical aspects such as pre-call planning, in-depth analysis, and professional presentation preparation.
- Actively prospect potential new clients during dedicated weekly prospecting sessions.
- Effectively manage inbound phone calls from companies seeking to discuss the Paycom solution.
- Generate accurate quotes for inbound leads using our proprietary database.
- Collaborate closely with your office sales manager, intern program manager, and team of experienced sales representatives to observe and understand the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Maintain meticulous records by tracking all prospecting activities, leads, meetings, and daily tasks.
- Participate in regular professional development and sales training sessions presented weekly.
- Travel to the local Paycom sales office and the surrounding area for in-person sales meetings, requiring reliable transportation.
