- Collaborate effectively with your office sales manager, intern program manager, and a team of experienced sales representatives to observe and understand the entire sales cycle of a deal.
- Track and maintain records of all prospecting activities, leads, meetings, and daily tasks.
- Participate in weekly professional development and sales training sessions.
- Travel to the local Paycom sales office and surrounding areas for in-person sales meetings, requiring reliable transportation.
