• Team: Interns collaborate closely with professional staff and are paired with a dedicated mentor from their first day.
• Mission: To provide an immersive 360° experience of the professional engineering and environmental consulting industry, allowing interns to gain practical skills, learn from leadership, and contribute to impactful projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Integrate as an immediate and integral member of a department, working side by side with professional staff and contributing to projects across various service lines.
• Experience: Gain exposure to all stages of the inspection process within Construction Material Engineering, Geo Tech Engineering, and Environmental Services.
• Execute: Engage in hands-on learning by performing inspecting, testing, and sampling tasks, both independently and as part of a project team, avoiding typical intern administrative tasks.
• Mentor: Benefit from regular, re-occurring meetings with an assigned mentor who will serve as a continuous resource throughout the immersive internship experience.
• Develop: Engage with the Senior Leadership Team, receive an annual performance review, participate in employee activities and events, and collaboratively establish personal goals and milestones for your experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Applicants should be students currently pursuing academic studies in areas such as Construction Material Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
• Experience: A strong desire to acquire practical, field-based experience and contribute actively to engineering and environmental projects.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team, coupled with a foundational understanding of relevant engineering or environmental principles.
