Partnerships (Sponsorship) Assistantship | Orange Bowl Committee
The Tone:
This is an entry-level, seasonal, temporary full-time position located on-site in South Florida. The Orange Bowl Committee is a long-standing organization that has served the South Florida community for over 80 years, focusing on inspiring youth, engaging the community, and enhancing the local economy. • Mission: To assist in the implementation and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits across various sports and entertainment events and programs throughout South Florida.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sponsor Fulfillment Execution: Coordinate and execute sponsor deliverables for numerous Orange Bowl Festival events, including youth programs, basketball classics, luncheons, and the Capital One Orange Bowl.
• Promotion & Benefit Management: Coordinate and execute various sponsor promotions and specific benefits such as tickets, parking, media placements, in-game video spots, signage, décor, and gifted products.
• Reporting & Documentation: Assist in developing production manuals, organizational reports, and annual sponsor proof of performance reports to accurately track and represent sponsor deliverables.
• Event Coordination & On-site Support: Act as the on-site sponsor fulfillment specialist for key programs like the Orange Bowl Creative Arts Contest and the Orange Bowl Youth Football Park of the Week Program.
• Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with sponsors and colleagues while representing the Orange Bowl Committee in a professional manner at various functions and business forums.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; Entry-level/Early career role.
• Experience: Relevant work experience in a related field.
• Skills: Highly organized, demonstrated attention to detail, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, capacity to work under pressure and autonomously, ability to work nights and weekends, valid driver’s license.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Photoshop and Publisher.
