Part-time Workplace Operations Coordinator | Premier Talent Partners

• Team: Reports to Workplace Lead/Manager; collaborates with People, IT, and Employee Engagement teams.
• Mission: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the NYC office by managing daily functions and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Tech Stack: Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), other meeting and collaboration platforms.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Visitor Management: Welcome visitors with professionalism, ensuring proper sign-in protocols are followed according to guest policies.
• Office Logistics: Receive and manage incoming packages and mail, oversee daily opening and closing procedures, and maintain office security and hygiene standards.
• Operational Support: Assist the Workplace Lead/Manager with managing office operations including vendor relationships, reception duties, deliveries, kitchen inventory, waste management, repairs, and supplies.
• Event Coordination: Help organize office-wide events, celebrations, and traditions in collaboration with the Employee Engagement team.
• Employee Onboarding: Collaborate with People and IT teams to facilitate new employee onboarding, coordinating sessions and ensuring smooth integration into the team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 1-3 years of experience in office administration, customer service, and operations.
• Experience: Ability to work a set part-time schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am-5pm) with flexibility for special events, and proficiency in Google Suite.
• Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management, clear and effective communication (verbal and written), approachable and personable, punctual, and reliable.
• Bonus: Experience coordinating events, managing office logistics, vendor management, space planning, inventory control, and proactive problem-solving.
