What You’ll Actually Do
• Member Engagement: Engage with Maps members in a professional and positive manner.
• Service Delivery: Provide excellent customer service while processing account services for members.
• Relationship Building: Enhance member relationships by assessing their needs and recommending products and services.
• Performance Management: Achieve personal and branch monthly goals.
• Cash Management: Accurately maintain and balance a cash drawer, checks, and money orders within established policy limits.
• Compliance Adherence: Follow regulatory and policy compliance requirements, Credit Union operations, and security procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent, along with the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience and 1 year of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Must be bondable.
• Skills: Strong customer service proficiency, accurate cash handling, and adherence to financial compliance and security procedures.
