What Does the Part-Time Position Involve?

As a Part-Time Sales Representative, your basic responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with customers to understand their needs.
• Clearly explaining the features and benefits of our American-made Cutco products, which include kitchen tools and some gardening tools.
• Assisting customers with placing orders.

Compensation Structure

We offer a unique compensation structure designed to provide financial stability while rewarding performance:

• Great Starting Base Pay: You will receive a base pay of $25.00 per-appointment, paid weekly. This base pay is not based on sales or results, ensuring you earn income for your time and effort.
• Performance Incentives: In addition to the base pay, there is a commission structure set up based on performance, offering the opportunity to earn more.
• Income Security: Even during an “off week,” the base pay provides a fallback, ensuring you can still make an income.

Training & Development

Previous experience is not required! We are committed to your success and provide:

• All the necessary tools and comprehensive training.
• Over 40 years of experience in training individuals to excel in sales.
• Valuable sales, networking, and communication skills that are transferable and beneficial for any future career path, even if you don’t stay long-term.

Flexible Scheduling & Work Environment

• Reps work with us to create a schedule that best fits their lifestyle and commitments.
• Options range from working as much as possible to part-time hours, or simply earning extra income around classes, other jobs, or family obligations.
• Sales reps work locally after initial training. Meetings and further training sessions are held in the office.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who:

• Enjoy working with people.
• Are eighteen years old or older, or seventeen and a high school graduate (conditions apply).
• Are able to start within the next 7-10 days.
• Are willing to learn and apply new skills.
