Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Centric Experience:
- Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to support a positive customer-centric experience.
- Utilize and understand the selling program to promote the best solutions and additional products/services.
- Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, sales, and loyalty programs.
Store Operations Commitment:
- Consistently maintain store and print department appearance according to company guidelines, ensuring a neat, clean, and well-stocked environment.
- Adhere to all standards related to signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation.
- Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes.
- Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and set up in accordance with guidelines.
- Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
Print and Tech Expertise:
- Continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales and service tools, including successful completion of Tech, Print, and other applicable training.
- Engage in continued education in these areas, potentially including designated certifications if required.
Sales Techniques:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support the company’s loss prevention efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Experience: No previous experience required.
- Skills:
- Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information and job-related tasks.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills to establish selling relationships with clients and other associates.
- Must be able to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools, and process inventory.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule:
The salary range for this role is $9.78/hour to $15.16/hour. All state and local minimum wages will be complied with, potentially adjusting the displayed salary range. The company offers competitive salaries, a benefits package (which includes a 401(k) and more), and opportunities for growth within the organization. You will also be eligible to participate in an incentive program, paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.
