This role is crucial for educating potential members about health sharing and connecting them with suitable plans, directly contributing to expanding membership and raising awareness as a valuable healthcare option.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Proactively reach out to potential members through various channels to introduce them to Impact Health Sharing.
• Educate: Conduct virtual consultations to thoroughly explain Impact Health Sharing plans, features, and the mutual aid model.
• Advise: Actively listen to understand potential members’ healthcare needs and financial situations, then tailor and recommend suitable plans.
• Present: Deliver clear, persuasive, and informative presentations highlighting the advantages of health sharing.
• Cultivate: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED required; foundational knowledge of healthcare, medicine, or prior experience in related fields such as EMT, healthcare assistance, medical administration, or patient advocacy.
• Experience: Entry-level role; prior experience in sales, customer service, or the broader healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, aptitude for training and educating clients, and a proven independent work ethic in a remote setting.
• Bonus: Any relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare, business, or communications are a plus.
