About the Company and Job Description:
Take 5 Oil Change is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Part-Time Oil Change Team Members. This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is necessary as comprehensive paid training is provided. Successful candidates will be trained to become skilled lube technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Oil Change Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various light maintenance services on vehicles, including but not limited to:
• Draining motor oil
• Changing oil filters
• Replacing wiper blades and air filters
• Filling air in tires
• Inspecting and topping off fluids
• Performing coolant exchanges
• Washing windshields
• Adjusting tire pressure
• Restocking and maintaining inventory
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment
• Providing excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods
• Ability to work in hot/cold weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
