The company is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support its marketing department. This role involves assisting in the execution of various marketing activities and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for marketing.

Responsibilities: The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the design of electronic and print marketing campaigns.
• Utilizing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to assist in managing marketing campaigns.
• Modifying existing marketing materials to meet the company’s brand standards using Photoshop and other design tools.
• Contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches based on knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Performing other duties as assigned related to marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools is needed.
• The ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are essential.

Work Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
