What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a paid, 12-week hands-on training program specifically designed to develop retail management skills.
• Learn: Work alongside experienced General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a comprehensive understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• Develop: Cultivate stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills through practical application and guidance.
• Prepare: Be actively trained and mentored to transition into a management role within Menards upon successful completion of the program.
• Experience: Acquire valuable practical experience in management within an active retail environment.
