The Tone:
This is a full-time role at a highly respected law firm, located in Greensboro, NC. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering to identify a paralegal for a firm specializing in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, construction litigation, and commercial real estate transactions. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive paralegal and administrative support, enabling attorneys to effectively manage sophisticated legal matters from inception through resolution or transaction closing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide comprehensive paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
• Litigation: Assist with all phases of complex commercial and business litigation, from case inception through trial.
• Drafting: Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Management: Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and document productions, including coordinating trial preparation.
• Transactions: Support attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, preparing closing checklists, binders, and transaction documents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced paralegal with 3+ years in a law firm, specialized in complex commercial litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, and/or commercial real estate transactions. Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience: Requires 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm, strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, and experience with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills: Possesses excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal staff.
• Bonus: Preferred experience includes trial preparation and support, e-discovery and document review, commercial real estate closings and due diligence, construction defect or commercial construction litigation, and supporting multiple attorneys.
