The Tone:
This is a paid sales internship at Brandlete, located in-person. Brandlete operates structured B2B sales environments where individuals are developed through execution, not theory. The role is designed to build performance in real customer acquisition settings and to develop the skills required to operate independently over time. This internship places you directly into the work, rather than observing it.

• Mission: To introduce T-Mobile mobile plans, high-speed internet, and bundled communication solutions to businesses, directly supporting new customer acquisition.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Directly engage business owners and decision-makers to introduce T-Mobile services.
• Introduce: Clearly and structurally introduce T-Mobile’s mobile plans, high-speed internet, and bundled communication solutions.
• Explain: Detail coverage, pricing, and service options tailored to specific business needs.
• Support: Assist with new customer onboarding and account setup processes.
• Contribute: Work within a team, track individual performance, and contribute to daily and weekly output targets.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student level, seeking to develop practical, transferable sales and communication capabilities.
• Experience: Availability for a minimum three-month commitment, comfortable working in face-to-face B2B environments.
• Skills: Willingness to be coached and committed to continuous improvement, consistency in effort and approach, a genuine interest in developing real, practical skills.
