People Experience Intern | National Debt Relief, LLC

The Tone:
This paid internship supports the People Experience team at National Debt Relief, LLC, an organization that helps consumers manage overwhelming debt. This role is crucial for maintaining organized HR documentation during an HCM implementation and provides general support to the People Experience team, contributing directly to a people-first work environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Migration: Support the migration of historical team member documents (January 2019 – March 2026) into a structured SharePoint repository, following established conventions.
• Document Uploads: Upload new and active team member documents into Dayforce as the system of record for all documents dated April 2026 and forward.
• Tracking & Escalation: Maintain a tracking log of completed document uploads and migrations, identifying and escalating misfiled, mislabeled, or duplicate documents.
• Quality Control & SOP: Assist with quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of uploaded records and support the development of document management SOPs.
• General Support: Provide support to the People Experience team across ad hoc projects and initiatives, including internal communications, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior coursework or internship experience in Human Resources, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint/Teams-based file management), and strong written communication skills for professional internal correspondence.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HRIS or document management systems (Dayforce experience a plus), and experience with Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
