Job Description

Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking high school and college interns for Paid Educational Student Internship opportunities. Interns will work on a specific project that will provide a challenging learning opportunity. Responsibilities will vary based upon your course of study and the business unit to which you are assigned. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Key Details:

Location: Phoenix or Scottsdale campus (Arizona).
Duration: Temporary, 6-month duration with project maximum period of one year.
Responsibilities: Project-based work, varying depending on area of study and assigned business unit.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Compensation: Fixed hourly rate based on education level (Undergraduate student rate $20.00 / hr Masters/PhD student rate: $21.50 / hr ).
Benefits: Not Benefits Eligible.
Additional Requirements: Pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
