What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Launch and maintain programs across multiple SharePoint pages, ensuring clear governance and user guidance.
• Standardize: Create and standardize reporting templates for engagement and participation metrics.
• Report: Assist in defining and producing standard reports within Peakon (Workday).
• Document: Create comprehensive handoff materials for sustainment by documenting processes.
• Track: Create dashboards and metrics to monitor the success of various enterprise-wide programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student possessing strong analytical skills and a passion for developing systems that support engagement.
• Experience: Experience with SharePoint page development.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills; SharePoint page development.
• Bonus: Familiarity with survey analytics or Peakon reporting; basic knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; previous internship experience in analytics or operations.
