The Tone:
This is an internship at Skyhawks Sports – Treasure Valley, located in Treasure Valley, ID (local or remote). Skyhawks Sports is a rapidly growing youth sports organization in the Boise metro area, operating across multiple cities and serving thousands of children annually. This role matters because it offers genuine, hands-on experience in building a marketing portfolio and resume by directly contributing to the growth of an organization that positively impacts the community. You will be doing real work that makes a difference, rather than just observing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Grow: Expand our organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Google to reach a wider audience.
• Create: Develop and schedule engaging content that accurately reflects our brand and connects with the community.
• Analyze: Monitor performance metrics for social media, bringing forward ideas to enhance reach and engagement.
• Promote: Assist in the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and program-specific promotions.
• Collaborate: Connect with local accounts to foster collaborations and increase online visibility for the brand.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a college or university student, with a genuine interest in social media, marketing, or digital content.
• Experience: A strong desire for hands-on experience that builds a professional portfolio and resume, moving beyond classroom theory.
• Skills: Self-motivated with strong time management abilities, creative in approach, consistent in work ethic, and eager to learn and grow.
• Bonus: Ability to receive academic credit for this internship (though not required); strengths in content creation, graphic design, email marketing, or SEO.
