Organic Dairy Intern

About the Job

The University of New Hampshire is seeking an Organic Dairy Intern to join the team at the Farm. This position is for an intern with varying skill levels. Tasks can include milking cows, feeding cows, driving equipment, and fencing.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Milking: 40%
  • Feeding: 40%
  • Other tasks: 20% (including driving equipment and fencing)

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • High school, some college

Required Licenses & Certifications:

  • Driver’s License

Compensation

Pay Range: $13-$16 per hour

Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.

Salary Grade: Adjunct Hourly Staff 00
