Order Processing Specialist | Robert Half

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Invoices: Upload invoices into customer portals with precision and collaborate with the accounting team to process credits, debits, and invoices.
• Manage Orders: Perform accurate data entry for sales orders and administrative support for the sales team, including entering and sending quotes.
• Coordinate Shipping: Handle shipping logistics for products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Maintain Records: Organize records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve Discrepancies: Assist in resolving discrepancies related to orders or invoices by communicating with internal teams and customers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational understanding of accounts payable and billing processes, along with shipping procedures and logistics.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in invoice processing and order entry.
• Skills: Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bonus: Previous experience in a similar administrative support role.
