Role & Responsibilities:

Our Order Pick Up & Delivery Team plays an important role in the overall Customer Experience. This position involves a blend of customer service, logistics, and sales floor support.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent Customer Service and clear communication to assist Customers with their online order pick-ups.
  • Order Fulfillment: Efficiently prepare products for customer pick-ups and/or deliveries.
  • Delivery Coordination: Organize and facilitate product deliveries.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist Customers with their shopping needs while on the sales floor, providing product information and guidance.
