What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide stellar customer service to internal teams and external agents, ensuring consistent quality aligned with Arbella’s brand.
• Collaboration: Collaborate positively and effectively with various business partners, including Underwriting, Product, Billing, and Customer Service, to complete daily tasks.
• Policy Processing: Accurately process new business, renewal policies, and endorsements within a single line of business using functional and technical skills.
• Communication & Escalation: Communicate proactively with internal departments and agents to gather missing information, answer inquiries, and apprise the Team Manager of workload, issues, or escalated situations.
• Work Management: Manage assigned work efficiently and independently under general supervision, demonstrating flexibility to shift priorities as needed for timely completion.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is suited for an individual with an understanding of overall business objectives and a commitment to producing high-quality work consistent with brand standards, specifically in a context involving insurance policy transactions.
• Experience: Proven experience with general working knowledge of MS Office, coupled with the ability to quickly navigate and manage multiple systems and products efficiently.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills are required to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to multi-task, quickly learn new processes, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, is also key.
