What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Building: Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks to accurately pull defined quantities of inventory onto pallets.
• Quality Control: Build accurate and quality product orders, ensuring each order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery.
• Staging: Stage all completed pallets in the designated shipping areas for efficient loading.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on equipment as needed to ensure safe and continuous operation.
• Product Replenishment: Restock product in picking areas to maintain inventory levels and support continuous order fulfillment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma (or GED) required, with core domain knowledge in warehouse operations.
• Experience: Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after the hire date.
• Skills: Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision; ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business; ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and repetitively.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a warehouse environment; prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift.
