• Mission: This person will ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of operations across the company’s residential and commercial property portfolio.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Oversee and direct the daily operations across multiple diverse job sites, ensuring all activities align with project goals and company standards.
• Project Scoping: Create and meticulously manage detailed job scopes, encompassing various services such as cleaning, porter duties, and extensive property renovations, setting clear expectations and deliverables.
• Team Supervision & Quality Control: Provide direct supervision to field staff, guiding their work, fostering accountability, and rigorously maintaining quality control standards across all tasks and projects.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce stringent safety protocols and ensure complete job site compliance with all regulatory and company standards, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate efficiently the schedules of personnel, the procurement and delivery of materials, and the overall timelines for each project to ensure seamless execution.
• Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits and thorough inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates, while also collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and address any operational challenges.

• Background: This supervisory role demands a solid managerial background, with proven prior experience essential in fields such as operations management, construction, janitorial services, or property services. Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of managing field teams and project execution within these environments.

• Skills: A clean and valid driving record is a mandatory requirement, reflecting the need for safe and reliable travel to various locations. The ability to travel regularly to sites within Philadelphia and other expanding markets is also crucial. Furthermore, candidates must be fully bilingual, capable of fluently speaking and understanding both English and Spanish, to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients.
