What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute Transactions: Process trades, fulfill market orders, and execute other complex transactions of moderate to high financial value and risk.
• Review & Analyze: Examine securities, read swift messages, and analyze financial futures and their variations.
• Communicate & Research: Manage daily work primarily through email communication, conduct necessary research, and send termination notices to Investment Advisors.
• Improve Processes: Identify and address exceptions, recommend and drive implementation of process improvements, and serve as a subject matter resource for projects.
• Support & Train: Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers, onboard and train new hires, and participate in risk mitigation activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University/college degree (Bachelor’s) for an Operations Specialist Sr role.
• Experience: Experience in executing complex financial transactions within operations.
• Skills: Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Effective Communications, Process Management, Problem Solving, Risk Mitigation Strategies
• Bonus: Trade support experience is preferred, and experience working with investment managers is ideal.
