What You’ll Actually Do
• Driver Assignment: Assign freight efficiently to company drivers.
• Capacity Optimization: Ensure optimal and effective use of driver capacity.
• Leadership Feedback: Provide leaders with clear feedback regarding challenges related to capacity and customers.
• Issue Resolution: Work closely with drivers and customers to solve operational issues that arise.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: One year of operations experience preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
