Operations Property & Lease Compliance Specialist, NA | Vantage Data Centers

The Tone:
This is a hybrid role at Vantage Data Centers, located in Denver, CO, requiring 3 days on site. Vantage builds, powers, cools, protects, and connects the technology for well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers, and large enterprises across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with property and lease obligations across the North America portfolio, supporting operational consistency and scalable execution within the Business Operations department.

• Mission: To track, organize, and follow up on lease and property compliance obligations across Vantage’s North America portfolio.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lease Tracking: Review various agreements to identify key dates and obligations, maintaining accurate tracking systems for renewals, permits, and compliance deadlines.
• Coordination: Manage incoming requests and communications related to property obligations, ensuring complete information and routing items to appropriate stakeholders.
• Compliance Monitoring: Track business licenses, permits, development agreement obligations, and renewal schedules to support audit readiness and compliance reviews.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare status reports, action logs, and deadline summaries, maintaining templates, trackers, and standard work documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Level. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Legal Studies, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in lease administration, property coordination, compliance tracking, legal administration, document control, or operations support. Experience managing trackers, spreadsheets, compliance records, and document repositories preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-up activities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint). Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bonus: Relevant certifications or coursework in real estate administration, paralegal studies, compliance, project coordination, records management, or property management. Exposure to leases, contracts, permits, licenses, real estate documents, or development agreements. Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and departments. Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, ServiceNow, lease or contract management systems.
