What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, high performance, and customer obsession.
• Strategize: Partner with senior leadership to identify and solve complex business and operational challenges, thinking both strategically and tactically.
• Innovate: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions across our global network.
• Decide: Make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Collaborate: Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve end-to-end processes and enhance the customer experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree from the MIT-LGO program, with a conferral date between December 2026 and June 2027. This role is designed for recent MBA or Master’s graduates seeking a leadership development path.
• Experience: None explicitly required; however, 3+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience or 5+ years of relevant professional experience are preferred.
• Skills: Experience leading cross-functional projects, experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions, experience working effectively across cross-functional teams, strong problem-solving abilities to handle ambiguous challenges, strong written and verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bonus: Track record of ownership and delivering results.
