What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn Processes: Shadow assigned employees and management to become familiar with company processes and procedures.
• Rotate Operations: Receive training and perform duties across all operational areas, including yard, millwork, production, dispatch, safety, sales, finance, and human resources.
• Contribute to Planning: Participate in developing operating budgets and capital expenditure recommendations to meet operational and financial goals.
• Complete Training: Participate in and complete all assigned training programs.
• Develop Knowledge: Observe, learn, and perform responsibilities to gain industry knowledge, functional processes, and practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level operations management role where company training will be provided.
• Experience: Entry-level; no prior management experience required.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills (face-to-face and telephone), good mathematical aptitude, good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills including tact and influencing.
• Bonus: Previous selling experience helpful.
