What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Management: Manage customer relationships through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Fleet Coordination: Coordinate with the rental department to optimize vehicle utilization without impacting lease customers.
• Sales Partnership: Collaborate with Sales on customer calls to secure new business and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Cost Optimization: Oversee running costs and maintenance overheads, adhering to policies and processes for efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to achieve customer satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a Bachelor’s degree. This role is a structured training program focused on developing leadership and operational knowledge within the transportation and logistics industry.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required; this role is ideal for a recent college graduate.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, strong verbal and written communication, capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with strong time management, and strong mechanical skills.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate for career advancement.
