• Mission: To provide comprehensive training in plant operations and related fields, developing candidates for leadership roles within Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions and potentially other Ergon companies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Plant Operations: Gain in-depth training and understanding of daily plant operations.
• Staffing and Scheduling: Learn the processes and best practices for managing staffing and operational schedules.
• Environmental Health and Safety (EHS): Receive training in environmental health and safety protocols and implementation.
• Operational Efficiencies: Develop skills and knowledge related to improving operational efficiencies within the company.
• Asset Management: Learn about asset maintenance, integrity, and capital planning to ensure long-term operational success.
• Professional Development: Actively listen to feedback, learn new skills, and take on challenging assignments to stretch abilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a 4-year degree in an engineering or a related field.
• Experience: This program is suitable for individuals seeking a leadership development path, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute.
