What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Prepare to lead diverse teams as a plant Operations Supervisor following a comprehensive 6-12 month training program.
• Develop: Engage in a personalized training path that may include Operations, Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership, Engineering/Maintenance, Accounting, or Continuous Improvement.
• Contribute: Support Human Resources, Talent Management, or Employee Relations initiatives, aligning with areas of interest and business needs.
• Adapt: Work in a Food Facility environment, which may involve cold, hot, wet, or messy conditions, and adapt to varying shifts including 8-10 hour shifts, 6-day weeks, and occasional weekend and on-call duties.
• Impact: Directly contribute to the mission of nourishing the world through beef processing operations in Fort Morgan, ensuring successful team performance and customer satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree OR an Associate’s Degree with two years relevant work experience (operational, mechanical, and/or leadership) OR achieved E-4 military rank or higher OR four years relevant work experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated relevant work experience, defined as operational, mechanical, and/or leadership experience.
• Skills: Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, contribute both as part of a team and individually, and willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
• Bonus: Pursuing an agriculture or business-related degree, including but not limited to Animal Science, Ag-Economics, Food Science, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
