Job Description: Operations Internship
This isn’t just an internship; it’s a chance to experience working at Oldcastle APG and contribute meaningfully from day one. Interns will be treated as valuable team members, tackling real challenges and making significant contributions.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze operational and process challenges.
• Recommend solutions to leadership.
• Learn from experienced professionals within APG.
• Collaborate with colleagues across North America.
• Own projects and make decisions.
Requirements:
• Strong desire to tackle real-world projects.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or architectural engineering, supply-chain management, business administration, manufacturing, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
