What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Embark on operations development and administration within various departments such as Consumer Banking, Treasury, and Wealth.
• Process Management: Engage in process mapping, management, and execution to ensure consistent delivery of services.
• Efficiency Improvement: Create process efficiencies to optimize experiences for employees, clients, and partners.
• Problem Solving: Apply problem-solving and reconciliation skills to address operational challenges and ensure smooth execution.
• Transaction Management: Work on the end-to-end lifecycle of transaction management across different operational areas.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree completed prior to start date with a basic understanding of financial terms, concepts, and applications.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required; the program provides deep immersion into three distinct areas of Operations over 2.5 years.
