What You’ll Actually Do
Financial Reporting: Generate and manage financial reports covering both actual performance data and future forecast processes.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct specialized, as-needed financial analysis projects to address specific business questions.
Recurring Analysis: Contribute actively to the preparation and execution of recurring monthly financial analysis tasks.
Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritize financial analysis tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery of results within established deadlines.
Process Improvement: Assist in the development of standardized processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and repeatability of month-end closures and forecasting activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Major in a finance or accounting bachelor’s degree program at a 4-year university.
• Experience: Previous work experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Essbase, or OneStream financial systems.
• Skills: Foundational knowledge of core finance and accounting principles; fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong English communication skills.
• Bonus: Preference for a Master’s or MBA degree; previous experience with financial planning and analysis in an automotive company; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
