What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile Accounts: Perform operational accounting activities related to account reconcilement and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide Support: Offer operational accounting support to internal business groups or operations departments to manage accounts within policy requirements.
• Certify Records: Prepare and review account reconciliations and certifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain Customer Accounts: Perform necessary customer account maintenance duties to keep records current and correct.
• Evaluate Controls: Evaluate operational accounting transactions and the maintenance of operational accounting controls.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with foundational knowledge in operational accounting.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of operational accounting experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
• Skills: Proven attention to detail; experience with account reconciliation; ability to handle a high volume, deadline-driven workload; capability to multi-task effectively.
• Bonus: Experience with General Ledger; familiarity with reconciliation platforms such as Common Recon, Intellimatch, or EZ Ops; knowledge of system of record applications like Hogan, SHAW, MSP, AFS, or LIQ; prior experience within Consumer or Wholesale Operations.
