Operation Execution Trainee – Vessel Performance

Impact: This position will ensure efficient and compliant coordination of freight post-fixture processes, ensuring smooth operation of the supply chain and delivering essential products to customers.

Responsibilities:

Data Management: Maintain accurate contractual and actual data in relevant systems to support fleet performance analysis and identify optimization opportunities.
Communication & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with counterparties, customers, and owners to facilitate clear communication, address inquiries, and escalate disputes promptly.
Analysis & Reporting: Conduct standard analysis on risk exposure, process improvement, and contract clauses, recommending next steps and new contracts to senior members of the commercial function.
Problem Solving: Handle basic issues under supervision, escalating complex matters to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (finished or in final year) in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, maritime studies) OR equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge in the field of Junior Marine Engineer or Junior performance specialist.
