This role is crucial for supporting thousands of students nationwide, guiding them to academic success and a thorough understanding of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination content.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Provide personalized one-on-one online tutoring, delivering instruction on SIE examination content including capital markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Guidance: Teach strategic test-taking and problem-solving for the SIE, focusing on securities product comparison and regulatory application.
• Preparation: Guide students through core SIE topics such as distinguishing security types, evaluating investment risks, and navigating compliance scenarios.
• Adaptation: Adapt instruction using practice examinations, securities comparison charts, and scenario-based questions to support varied learning needs.
• Platform Use: Utilize the AI-powered Tutor Copilot for real-time instructional assistance, lesson generation, and to enhance student engagement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep knowledge of SIE examination content, including equity and debt securities, mutual funds, variable annuities, options basics, and SEC/FINRA regulations.
• Experience: Adept at explaining complex financial concepts to candidates preparing for the Securities Industry Essentials qualification examination.
• Skills:
• Effective Teaching: Ability to identify common student struggles, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to individual learning needs.
• Communication: Strong communication skills demonstrated through a friendly and engaging teaching style.
